Order Tracking:

Duties and Taxes:
For international orders, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary depending on your country’s regulations.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Vinny Star Style is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly.

At Vinny Star Style, each piece is crafted as a one-of-one, making every item uniquely yours. Due to the bespoke nature of our designs, all sales are final.
Returns
We do not accept returns unless the item is defective or not as described. Please ensure you review your order carefully before placing it. If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing contact@vinnystarstyle.com with your order number and photos of the item received.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items that are proven to be defective or incorrect. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, replacements or swaps are not possible.
Return Shipping
If your item is approved for return due to defect or incorrect shipment, return shipping instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our end.
Final Sale Items
All purchases are final. This includes all full-price, discounted, promotional, or custom items. Thank you for supporting slow fashion and small-batch design.
